Genesis 7:17-8:3
It rained for 40 days and water covered the earth for 150 days. Then God remembered Noah and made the flood recede.
The “then God remembered Noah” part is a direct quote from the Bible. Like God and the angels were playing Scattagories up in Heaven:
The angel, Gabriel (probably): God, remember that time you made a whole planet and then killed everyone because they were the worst? Hilarious, my dude.
God: Oh my Me!! Noah!

God makes a covenant to never do that again. Thus totally playing off the fact that he legit forgot for a sec that humans still exist.
God: An I oop. Here’s a rainbow!
